Going all the way to the notary office by yourself, and then visiting the UAE Embassy in Japan several times to apply & receive the document after certification, tends to take a lot of time and money for transportation.
Considering all the document preparation, translation work, and travel time, you can see that two visits to the Embassy are required for application and pick up, which is a lot of time that cannot be completed in two days.

From a cost-effective perspective, we recommend the use of an administrative scrivener specializing in obtaining apostille and consular certification who has an office near the UAE Embassy in Japan.

Just as you would outsource your tax returns to a tax attorney, it would likely be more economical from a cost-benefit perspective to outsource document authentication to a professional.
(If you are active enough to travel to UAE and Dubai, it would be more economically rational to outsource the complicated document authentication and concentrate on your core business.)

(If you are active enough to travel to Dubai, it would be more economical for you to focus on your core business.) If you have to try and redo the process yourself, you will lose a lot of valuable time before your trip, and you will be in a situation where you will feel unnecessary stress because you wish you had left it to an experienced administrative scrivener from the beginning.
When applying for consular certification, there is also a check to ensure that the translation is done properly, so if the translation is not done properly, the UAE Embassy will not accept the application for consular certification.

If the document is not properly authenticated, you will not be able to complete the procedure after you travel to the UAE (United Arab Emirates, Dubai), which will be very difficult.
