Apostille service fees

The service fee covers preparation of application forms, declarations and powers of attorney as needed; coordination of notarization, certification of the notary’s seal and the apostille procedure; and receipt of the documents. The required steps depend on the document.
Consular authentication service fee

We provide English and Chinese translations. Fees depend on the document type and volume. For other languages, we generally recommend obtaining the apostille on the original document in Japan and arranging the translation in the destination country. Contact us if you need the translation prepared in Japan.
Check whether the receiving authority requires a sworn or otherwise authorized translator before commissioning a translation.

Costs charged separately
Translation, notary fees, embassy or consular fees, document retrieval, return delivery, international shipping and PDF scans are separate from the basic authentication service fee unless your quote expressly includes them. We will explain the total and required steps in your quote.
Payment methods
Bank transfer, credit card through Square, and PayPal are available. Overseas clients can pay by credit card or PayPal. Please check the payment currency and final amount stated in your quote or invoice.
